How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Your order status is also available anytime in your "My Account" area.

How do I place an order?
Add the items you want to your cart, click "Checkout," enter your address, then complete secure payment. A confirmation email is sent to you right away.
Do you ship to my country?
We deliver to the destinations shown at checkout, where available delivery zones and times are displayed before you order.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Your order is prepared within 24 to 48 hours, then shipped. Delivery generally takes 2 to 6 business days depending on the product and your location.
Do you store my card information?
No. Payments are processed by a certified provider — we never store your banking information.
I made a mistake on my order
Contact us as soon as possible at contact@japandi-style.com. As long as your order hasn't shipped yet, we can correct or cancel it.

Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days after delivery to return it. The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
There is an error with my order
Email us at contact@japandi-style.com with your order number and, if possible, a photo. We'll fix it as quickly as possible.
My order arrived damaged
Contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos: we'll arrange a replacement or refund, with return shipping covered by us.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Contact us right away and we'll issue you a full refund.
