Right to Return
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it for any reason, with no explanation required and no penalty.
How to Return an Item
Simply let us know your decision before the deadline by emailing contact@japandi-style.com with your order number. We'll then send you the return instructions and return address.
Return Conditions
- The item must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging, complete with all accessories and instructions.
- The return must be completed within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to return it.
- Certain made-to-order, personalized, or hygiene products may be excluded from the right to return.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you'll be refunded in full, including standard shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos as proof. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, in accordance with our product warranty.
