Article 1 — Purpose and Scope

These Terms of Service govern all sales made on the japandi-style.com website, published by Japandi Style, between the company and any customer (the "Customer"). Placing an order constitutes unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Service.

Article 2 — Products

The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs and visuals are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment on the part of the seller. Products comply with applicable law.

Article 3 — Pricing

Prices are listed in US dollars, including all applicable taxes, excluding any shipping fees. Japandi Style reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed. Shipping fees are shown before checkout is confirmed; shipping is free on orders of $75 or more.

Article 4 — Orders

The Customer confirms their order after reviewing the contents of their cart. The sale is considered final once the order is confirmed by email and payment has been collected. Japandi Style reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a payment dispute or suspected fraud.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made securely online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Payment data is encrypted and never transmitted in plain text. The order is processed once payment has been confirmed.

Article 6 — Shipping

Shipping terms, timelines, and fees are detailed in our shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates only; a delay does not entitle the Customer to cancellation or compensation, except as otherwise required by law.

Article 7 — Return Policy

The Customer has 14 days from the date of receipt of their order to request a return, with no need to justify the decision. Details are provided in our refund policy.

Article 8 — Warranties

All products are covered by a warranty of conformity and a warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. In the event of a non-conforming product, the Customer may request repair or replacement, or, failing that, a refund.
